The #EndPJparalysis Global Summit - now in its third year, brings together clinicians, carers and people with lived experience to share best practice, research and most importantly raise awareness about the often devastating, and often preventable, impact of deconditioning.
The 2021 #EndPJparalysis Global Summit
The #EndPJparalysis Global Summit is the flagship event of the EndPJparalysis movement. It runs live for 36 hours – ensuring it really is globally accessible - and attendance is free to any health, social and care
professionals as well as students and educationalists.
After the live event content is available online through The Movement Movement. This not-for-profit event is hosted by Professor Brian Dolan OBE & Lynda Holt, who give their time for free, as do the speakers who will present over the 36 hours.
The 2021 #EndPJparalysis Summit will reflect the urgency with which we need to address widespread deconditioning, which has reached far beyond older and frail groups of people over the last year.
The Summit will also acknowledge and share some of the incredible achievements of the last year, the ways in which practice has developed and how care teams have been incredibly innovative in serving patients and their communities.
